Thanksgiving outfit!

ah – what a nice Thanksgiving it was!
Not only was it extra special because this was Sofie’s first big holiday celebration- but we got to see family and old friends.   The food was excellent and I ate way too much!
Sofie had a new outfit! Love the poodles!
The countdown for Christmas has officially begun!

Heather- Vista West Ranch bridal photography

Heather is now married to a cool guy named Josh!    Check out their super fun engagements- which are some of my favorite engagement photos to date!

I can’t wait to show you their wedding- it was a crazy fun wedding, complete with a live performance by Manhands!
But- for now I want to show you Heather’s bridal photos.   We shot these at the fabulous Vista West Ranch and Heather’s amazing dress was picked out specially by Ashley who is a good friend of Heather’s and owner of Signature Salon here in Austin.

Ok- enough talk- let’s check out some of the photos!

Heather was so fearless!  She sat on the hammock!  Yeay!

I love this hair style!  It looks like it was just put up with a couple of pins and it is ready to fall down if she took off running!  AWESOME!

Ryan + Griff – austin wedding photography | the mansion

This is going to be a long post- so go get yourself a snack, sit back and check out the totally awesome wedding of Ryan and Griff!
I usually get a good feel for a couple and how their wedding will be after I shoot the engagement session.  Ryan and Griff’s engagement session was a total blast!  Then as we were getting ready to shoot Ryan’s bridals, I knew I would have a good time and I was not disappointed!
Ok- so to the wedding!
It was very obvious that it had taken a lot of hard work to pull off this shindig!
Everything looked beautiful, the guests had a good time, the couple were relaxed and yours truly…well…I was shooting my little heart out!
This was the first wedding after my maternity leave, so I was super excited to be back shooting and to be shooting such a fun wedding.

Here are a few of my favorite photos!

Jenny and John- a preview – Stockdale wedding photography

I just love it when I find a gem!
At Jenny and John wedding in Stockdale, while shooting some portraits at the church, I found this old school bus.
The best thing was that our awesome couple were game with the idea of using the bus in the background for some pics.   Love it!
Here is a little preview…
